Active and Thriving at UWA Exercise & Sport Science, Nedlands

Join us at UWA Exercise & Sport Science, Nedlands, where our physical activity programs for teenagers are making a positive impact on the lives of Perth’s youth, running Monday through Saturday. These sessions offer structured movement opportunities designed to help young people stay active, improve focus, and build resilience.

Led by experienced instructors, participants engage in sport literacy exercises that boost coordination, confidence, and social skills. Whether it’s dynamic workouts, skill-building drills, or movement-based games, each session promotes mental health and fitness of Perth’s teens.

Our group sessions motivate social connection, while individual coaching provides personalised support, helping each participant work towards their personal goals. These sessions foster both physical and mental well-being, giving teens the chance to participate at their own pace and develop important life skills.
