  • Fun Fitness: With a 1:4 instructor to participant ratio, these sessions focus on fitness and physical literacy in a fun, engaging way.
  • Be Active: With a 1:8 ratio, these sessions provide larger group settings while still focusing on individual needs, fostering social connection and teamwork.

These sessions are ideal for young people with learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, autism, and intellectual disabilities, ensuring everyone can participate at their own pace.
