Sessions in Full Swing at Menzies Park, Mt Hawthorn
Boosting Teen Fitness and Mental Health at Menzies Park.
Our physical activity programs for teenagers at Menzies Park, Mt Hawthorn, are off to a great start! Running every Monday and Wednesday, these sessions are designed to create a supportive and fun environment where teens can build confidence, manage stress, and promote social connections.
How Menzies Park Programs Build Confidence and Resilience
Each session focuses on sport literacy exercises, strength training, and group activities that improve coordination, teamwork, and overall confidence. These programs not only enhance fitness but also support mental health, helping teens feel more focused, resilient, and engaged. We offer both group and individual sessions, this ensures that every participant gets the personal attention they need while also benefiting from a positive, social environment.
