Building the inclusive exercise literacy of community exercise providers is essential to meet the needs of unique and diverse populations.
100% profits from education courses support exercise programs for young people.
This course aims to empower exercise and health providers to foster inclusive exercise offerings for gender diverse, and neurodivergent individuals. It covers the actions and behaviours exercise providers can adopt to create safe spaces that help increase engagement in physical activities among marginalised and vulnerable groups.
This course highlights the importance of exercise in affirming identity and well-being, offering strategies for inclusive practices with a focus on adaptability, accessibility and cultural sensitivity.
Attendees will develop the knowledge and tools to support inclusive environments where individuals feel welcomed and empowered to pursue their health goals through movement. By equipping exercise providers with the necessary knowledge and skills, we aim to promote equitable access exercise services for all individuals.
