Building Confidence and Resilience in Perth’s Northern Suburbs

Our physical activity programs at Warrandyte Club Rooms, Craigie, are underway! Running on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. These sessions provide a fun, inclusive, and supportive space for young people to stay active, manage stress, and build confidence.

Why Our Group and Individual Sessions Work

With a combination of sport literacy exercises, movement-based games, and strength training, participants are developing valuable life skills while building social connections. These activities not only enhance fitness but also support teen mental health, helping young people feel more focused, resilient, and engaged.

📢 Planning ahead? Term 2 runs from 28 April – 28 June (9 weeks). Don’t miss the opportunity to continue building strength, focus, and confidence!

With Thriving in Motion, kids and teens can join dynamic group workouts that promote teamwork and confidence, alongside personalised one-on-one coaching delivered by Accredited Exercise Physiologists to support skill development. Our group sessions foster a supportive environment where participants work together, encourage one another, and enjoy movement in a social setting – creating a positive atmosphere that promotes resilience, teamwork, and a lifelong love of physical activity.

Our sessions continue to grow, assisting teens in building confidence, establish lasting friendships, and grow in a peer-driven environment. Take the next step in supporting the teens you care for – Enquire today to learn how our programs foster confidence and positive mental health.
